Margaux Joffe is a global neurodiversity and accessibility advocate, a board-certified cognitive specialist, and the founder of Minds of All Kinds, a platform empowering neurodivergent changemakers to learn, connect, and lead.
Her advocacy began with Kaleidoscope Society, the first of it’s kind content platform for women with ADHD, launched in 2015 after her own late diagnosis at 29. Reaching thousands in over 100 countries, the platform was recognized by Teen Vogue for “Smashing ADHD Stigma for Women and Girls” and Margaux was named a “badass woman with ADHD” by PopSugar.
Margaux has continued to break barriers, leading disability inclusion initiatives at Yahoo and Verizon, where she launched the technology industry’s first Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG) — building a global peer support network across 35 offices in just two years. Her groundbreaking work has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, The Hollywood Reporter, and books such as Divergent Mind and Neurodiversity for Dummies.
Committed to empowering ADHD women in their careers, Margaux created ADHD Navigators, a transformational group program that equips neurodivergent professionals with inclusive strategies for success.
As a sought-after speaker and consultant, she has worked with companies like Nike, Edelman, Dell, Hinge, GitHub and Intuit and spoken on global stages, including the United Nations and World Health Organization.
Margaux’s work has earned recognition from the United Nations Foundation, D&AD Impact Awards, Webby Awards, and the Susan M. Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame. In 2023, LinkedIn recognized her as a “Top Voice” in disability advocacy.
She serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association of People with Disabilities and holds certifications in Digital Accessibility, Cognitive Disabilities, and Mental Health First Aid.
Currently based in Seattle, Margaux is dedicated to making the world a place where neurodivergent women and girls are seen, valued, and thriving.
